What are my shipping options?

We offer both standard and express delivery:

Standard
Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately 4 to 7 business days, shipments within Florida 1 to 3 days. (Monday through Friday, does not include Holidays)

Express
If items ordered are needed right away, we can ship your order to you overnight at an additional charge. For weekday overnight delivery (excluding Saturday delivery), orders must be received by 11:00 a.m. ET, and credit card authorization and verification must be obtained. Please add $25.00 to the shipping and handling charge if you use express option. Overnight deliveries require a signature for delivery.

NOTE: Express delivery for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and Rural Routes is a 2nd day delivery. Express delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Shipping Carriers

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.

Weekend Delivery

An additional $15.00 will b added to the shipping and handling charge for Saturday delivery. For more information please call 800-828-1729

Returns and Exchanges

What is The Field Shops, and exchange policy?

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, let us know. We gladly accept returns and exchanges of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise. We will send you a different size, color or style. If you would like to have a refund, we will take care of that also. The Field Shops offers several convenient ways to return and exchange merchandise:

We are located @ 4551 N.W. 36th Street Miami Springs, FL 33166. Our store hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:30 to 5:00. You will need to bring your original invoice, a photo ID and the credit card used to place your order.

Mail it in PLEASE NOTATE IF YOU ARE REQUESTING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

For returns: Place the merchandise in a box with original invoice or packing list, then send the package back via insured mail to the address given below.

For exchanges: We will send in-stock items to you right away. Your credit card will be charged for the new merchandise and when your returned items are received we will issue a credit to your credit card account.

Easy exchange: Return merchandise with the original invoice to the address below, and order your new merchandise at the same time by calling 800-828-1729. In-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours at no charge for standard shipping if exchange is due to our error.

You are eligible for anniversary dollars after one year of service on the first of your hire month.The dollars expire one year later on the last day of the prior month of hire. Second, third etcetera anniversary dollars available on first day of your hire month each year, money does not rollover.
